Pastry Chef is responsible to supervise, coordinate and participate in the activities of all team members engaged in the preparation of desserts, pastries, confections, breads and ice cream while exceeding guest expectations and meeting budgeted goals for Labor and Food Cost. Duties include but are not limited to: Plan and organize Bakeshop daily production according to Banquet Event Order menus, restaurant requisitions and any other special requirement; Supply recipes, suggest methods and train all Bakeshop team members; Work closely with all Chefs in developing and serving their la carte desserts; Produce daily food ordering in a timely manner and conduct inventory as needed.
